Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of Website (hereinafter defined).

Defined Terms

In this regard, drop an email at support@walkaroo.in within a period of 30 days, from the date of order. Refund will be recommended subject to inspection / verification by our team.

Cancellation by User

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Depending on the availability of stocks, the shipment takes place on the date of order itself. No order for cancellations shall be entertained without exception once the item has been shipped. In such case your entire order amount will be refunded as your sole and exclusive remedy. An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you from our premises.

We encourage You to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case You order a wrong item, You shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Raising disputes against Us does not automatically entitle You to a refund or replacement for the product purchased. We shall verify the claims so raised and may process only when such claims are valid and genuine.

Cancellation by Us

There may be certain orders that We may be unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled before shipment of products but after Your credit card or bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card or bank account.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Us as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code or coupon used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

We may delay notifying the payment confirmation and dispatching the product(s), if your transaction or conduct is deemed suspicious or for buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the transaction and transaction price. In addition, We may hold transaction price and not dispatch the product(s) or remit transaction price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to You) at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event You engage in any form of illegal activity.

Timelines

  • For the purpose of the below mentioned Terms and Conditions of Use of this Website and its features, wherever the context so requires:

    • “VKC” shall mean Euphoric Innovations Private Limited,having its registered office at 7/330A, VKC Tower, Kolathara, Calicut, Kerala -673 655which expression shall mean and include its successors in interest and permitted assigns

    • "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean VKC;

    • “Website” shall mean Walkaroo.in and shall include the homepage and all other webpages and data files connected through hyperlinks excluding any third party websites on which VKC does not have any control

    • “Website Policies” shall mean all the policies, terms and conditions of use on the Website as well as the terms and conditions provided in the invoice for sale of goods provided to the buyer upon sale.

    • "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a casual user who browses through the site, a Registered user/Member who registers by providing requisite details and /or a buyer on the Website

    Refund Terms

    Refund will be considered as the sole and exclusive remedy in the following instances:

     

  • Cancellation of order before shipment.

  • In unlikely cases of non-delivery of an item that has been shipped from our end

  • Any dispute on payment that has been ruled in your favour

  • Refund shall be subject to Your complying with our policies. Refunds would be made only after We have verified compliance with the terms of Our Website Policies. Acceptance of any product, liability or defect by Our representative would not be deemed to acceptance by Us that the product shall be refunded in compliance with Our Website Policies.

  • The refund amount shall only be the amount paid by You for purchase of items from Our Website including any VAT applicable. It is clarified that if You cancel part of the order, shipping charges shall not be refunded.

  • A promo code or gift coupon once used shall not be refunded if the order is cancelled either by Us or You.

    • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but are for commercial resale

    • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address

    • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

    • Invalid address given in order details

    • Any malpractice used to place the order

    • Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of claim Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

    • When We receive a payment failure notice from Your bank, We will send You an e-mail asking You to call Us. When You call Us back, We will collect Your name and the address where You want the demand draft to be sent, and proceed with the refund.

    • If Your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for Your payment method has passed, contact Us for further assistance.

    • Refund shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received. Please note that for Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Please check Your bank account or credit card account for credit of the refund amount as We may not have the upto date status on the same. Once Wehave placed an instruction for remittance or fund transfer with a bank, We shall not be responsible for any delay, default or technical error of the bank or payment and settlement system in completing the refund.

    • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Us in case of any misuse by You. Refund shall be subject to the buyer complying with Our Policies. No interest will be payable by Us for any delay in refund.

    • We shall have the discretion to deduct cancellation charges for any refund made by Us to You.
