  • At Walkaroo International, customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or a different product from what you have ordered, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept and refund a damaged/defective or wrong product if we’re notified 7 days later from the receipt of packaging.
  • You can contact us through call us at our toll-free number 1800-572-2999 (Monday - Friday - 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM).
  •  You may return unused the damaged/defective or wrong product in the same condition that you had received it.
  • We will initiate the refunding process once the returned product reaches us in its original/intact condition and it unerges QC to be qualified for refund by the internal team.
