At Walkaroo International, customer satisfaction is our topmost priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or a different product from what you have ordered, kindly notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We cannot accept and refund a damaged/defective or wrong product if we’re notified 7 days later from the receipt of packaging.

You may return unused the damaged/defective or wrong product in the same condition that you had received it.
We will initiate the refunding process once the returned product reaches us in its original/intact condition and it unerges QC to be qualified for refund by the internal team.
