The product is good. The issue is getting through your customer service. It's extremely hard. No response to emails sent. Order id 4269 was delayed as DTDC lost the track of the order. I struggled alone tracking my order with DTDC. And finally the product was delivered to me!! I may buy walkaroo through Amazon or Flipkart but never directly from you guys!
