Shipments
Below are some common questions about shipments
How much time will it take for an order to get delivered?
Once dispatched, we provide a single shipping method that aims to deliver your product within 5 to 7 days.
Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery times may vary.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address under Account details in the My Account section of our website. However, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. For help, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@walkaroo.in or call +91 011-6119-7311 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM).
Why have I not received my Order?
If your order has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, please email us at customercare@walkaroo.in or call +91 011-6119-7311 (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM).
What are the Delivery Charges for the orders?
Shipping is free for orders with an order value above ₹500. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges may apply.

Can I change or cancel my Order?

Why should I set up a Walkaroo Account?
Signing up with Walkaroo lets you enjoy a more personalized shopping experience. Your delivery details are saved for faster checkout, and you can choose to receive updates on offers, vouchers, and new arrivals.
How do I check my Order Status?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped (typically within 12 to 24 hours of placing the order), you will receive a tracking link along with all other relevant order details via email or SMS.

What are the acceptable Payment Methods?
We accept the following modes of payment:

• Debit Cards
• Internet Banking
• COD
• UPI / Payment Wallets
• EMI
Can I convert my payment to EMI for Online Purchases?
The EMI payment facility is enabled under the Payment option during checkout.
How do I get the Refund after cancellation or returning the product?
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds go back to your original payment method within about 15 days. Any bank details are beyond our control.
For COD Orders: Refunds are given as store credit, ready to use on your next Walkaroo purchase. If your refund takes longer than 15 days, please reach out to us at customercare@walkaroo.in or via call +91 011-6119-7311 (Mon–Sat, 9AM–6PM).
What if the money is debited from my account & the transaction is not successful?
In case money is debited from your account, and the transaction is not successful, please wait 24 hours for the money to be credited back to your account. If the money is not credited back to your account even after 24 hours, then kindly email/call us with below details:
• Order ID
• Transaction ID
• Order Date and amount
• Bank name and payment gateway
Returns & Exchanges
Below are some common questions about our Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if return pickup is notavailable in my area?
Once your return/exchange request is approved by our customer support representative via the Returns page (https://www.walkaroo.in/returns), you’ll need to send the product back to us via India Post. Please make sure the item is in its original packaging with all tags intact. We will reimburse your shipping cost up to ₹100 per order to help with the return.
How do I Exchange/Return my order?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our dedicated Returns page: https://www.walkaroo.in/returns. On this page, you will be guided through the steps to submit your request. It's important to attach a clear image(s) of the original product, especially if you're reporting damage or defects, as these images help us in reviewing your claim.
Is there any period for Return or Exchange?
The requests for return/exchange must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
What if I receive a Defective\Damaged or Wrong Item?
Place your return or exchange request at https://www.walkaroo.in/returns. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your request. If the item is damaged, defective, or can’t be replaced, a refund will be issued. For size issues, we’ll send a replacement right away. All return and exchange shipping costs are covered by us.
