WALKAROO FOOTBALL QUIZ 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
1. The “Walkaroo Football Quiz 2026” (“Contest”) is organized and conducted by Walkaroo International Private Limited (“Walkaroo”, “Organizer”, “Company”).
2. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Walkaroo, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
3. The Contest shall commence on 15 June 2026 and conclude on 20 July 2026 (“Contest Period”).
4. A total of Five (5) quiz contests shall be conducted during the Contest Period through the official Walkaroo Instagram page.
5. Walkaroo reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
6. The Quiz is not valid for residents of the State of Maharashtra and Gujarat. In accordance with the The Maharashtra Lotteries (Control and Tax) and Prize Competitions (Tax) Act and The Gujarat Lotteries (Control and Tax) and Prize Competitions (Tax) Act, and other regional regulatory restrictions, any entry originating from or associated with a user residing in or domicile from Maharashtra and Gujarat shall be considered null and void, and such individuals shall not be eligible to participate or win any rewards under this Contest. This Quiz is automatically void in any other State or Territory of India where similar Quizzes or such events are prohibited or restricted under local law.
7. To participate in the Contest, participants must:
a. Be a legal resident of the Republic of India.
b. Be eighteen (18) years of age or above at the time of participation.
c. Possess a valid Instagram account.
d. Follow the official Walkaroo Instagram page.
e. Comply with all participation requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions.
f. Be capable of providing details, valid proof of identity and age if requested by Walkaroo.
8. Participation in the Contest is completely free. No purchase, payment, subscription fee, registration fee, ticket or purchase of any Walkaroo product is required to participate in the Contest or become eligible to win.
9. For each quiz post published on Walkaroo’s official Instagram page, participants must:
a. Follow the official Walkaroo Instagram account. (@walkarooin)
b. Comment the correct answer to the quiz question in the comments section of the respective post.
c. Repost the official quiz post through Instagram.
d. Complete all actions within the timeline specified for the respective quiz.
10. Only entries submitted through Instagram comments on the respective quiz post from walkarooin handle shall be considered valid.
11. One Instagram account should submit only one (1) answer entry per quiz post.
12. Multiple comments, duplicate submissions, spam comments, edited comments, automated entries, or multiple entries from the same participant for a single quiz shall result in disqualification from that quiz.
13. Entries submitted after the closing time of the respective quiz shall not be considered.
14. Walkaroo reserves the right to reject incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or invalid entries. The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, fake accounts, or any unfair means to participate is strictly prohibited.
15. Five (5) independent quizzes shall be conducted during the Contest Period.
16. Each quiz shall be treated as a separate contest.
17. Participation in one quiz does not automatically qualify a participant for any other quiz.
18. A participant may participate in any or all quizzes conducted during the Contest Period.
19. Each quiz shall have Five (5) winners.
a. Five (5) winners shall each receive a Walkaroo website voucher worth INR 1000.
20. Across the Contest Period, a total of 25 winners shall be selected.
21. From among all eligible participants who have submitted the correct answer and fulfilled all participation requirements, winners shall be selected through a random computerized draw.
22. Walkaroo’s decision regarding winner selection shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
23. Walkaroo reserves the right to verify participant eligibility before declaring winners.
24. The same participant may win multiple quizzes during the Contest Period, provided all eligibility requirements are met for each quiz.
25. Walkaroo vouchers are redeemable exclusively on Walkaroo’s official website.
26. Walkaroo vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded, replaced, or converted into any other benefit.
27. Walkaroo vouchers shall remain valid until 30 August 2026 unless otherwise communicated by Walkaroo.
28. It shall be the sole responsibility of the winner to utilize the voucher before its expiry date.
29. Expired vouchers shall not be extended, renewed, reissued, or compensated in any manner.
30. Walkaroo shall not be responsible for unused, lost, deleted, inaccessible, or expired vouchers.
31. Winners shall be announced within Seventy-two (72) hours after the closure of the respective quiz.
32. Winners shall be contacted within Thirty-six (36) hours after the closure of the respective quiz through Instagram Direct Message (DM) from Walkaroo’s official Instagram account.
33. Walkaroo vouchers shall be delivered through Instagram Direct Message.
34. Walkaroo shall not be responsible for any failure of delivery due to privacy settings, message restrictions, account deactivation, blocked accounts, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond its control.
35. If a participant is found to be ineligible after winner selection, Walkaroo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
36. Walkaroo reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, residence, or any other information required to verify participant eligibility.
37. Failure to provide requested information within the stipulated time may result in disqualification automatically and forfeiture of any reward.
38. By participating in the Contest, participants grant Walkaroo an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use their name, Instagram handle, profile image, photographs, comments, testimonials, voice, likeness, and contest-related content for promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity, and communication purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.
39. Participants shall not Post offensive, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene, or inappropriate content.
40. Participants shall not Violate any applicable law or Instagram policies.
41. Participants shall not Attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or disrupt the Contest.
42. Walkaroo reserves the right to remove content and disqualify participants without prior notice.
43. Walkaroo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, uses multiple accounts, engages in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unfair, or unlawful practices, attempts to manipulate or influence the Contest outcome through unauthorized means, or otherwise acts in a manner that may compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
44. Walkaroo shall not be responsible for:
a. Technical failures, internet issues, platform outages, or Instagram service disruptions.
b. Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or inaccessible entries.
c. Unauthorized access to participant accounts.
d. Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Contest.
45. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
46. Walkaroo shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, technical failures, cyber-attacks, acts of God, or platform-related issues.
47. Any personal information collected during the Contest shall be used solely for contest administration, winner verification, reward fulfilment, promotional communication, and related business purposes in accordance with applicable laws and Walkaroo’s privacy practices.
48. Any taxes, duties, levies, or statutory obligations arising from receipt or utilization of rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
49. All trademarks, logos, creative materials, campaign assets, graphics, and content associated with the Contest remain the exclusive property of Walkaroo and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
50. Participants understand that they are providing information to Walkaroo and not to Instagram.
51. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or its affiliates. Participants completely release Instagram from any and all liability connected with the execution of this campaign.
52. In case of any grievance, clarifications or queries contact @walkaroo.in.
53. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
54. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
55. Walkaroo’s interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions relating to the Contest, participant eligibility, winner selection, disqualification, reward fulfilment, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding.
