Not the proper size

I need the proper size ..i am trying to call customer service numbers but none is answering ..i thing you guys are big scam ..highlighting easy returns but no easy returns are there .
I have initiated return for two items got the email confirmation for the same but the pickup never initiated .
I have tried calling on numbers no answers
Tried email mo revert till now
I think to go with consumer court online form is the last option left
